For that reason, the probability of energy efficiency from air Conditioning system is well considered. Previous research has designed lamp and air conditioner control system using wire network based on evaluation of occupancy sensor input. On the other hand, by using that system, the user does not have an access to control all of the features of Air conditioner such as power, mode, fan speed, air swing, and temperature. Beside, air conditioner control is not really effective because the lack of information about the room’s thermal condition. That system also works locally inside the room, so the user cannot control Air conditioner globally. <br /> <br /> As the response to that problem, the main focus of this design is making set of transmitter signal IR controller to control every condition of air conditioner. The system also has schedule which is supported by monitoring system of room’s thermal condition. Everything is integrated in an interface tool of web application which can be accessed using web browser application from anywhere as long as the user connected to internet. <br /> <br /> Temperature sensor calibration testing gives accuracy level of 97.28% and precision level of 99.7%. Humidity sensor calibration gives accuracy level of 62.2% and precision level of 95.1%. Moving sensor have detection of 18 movement out of 40 movement that has been done. Infrared transmitter control system to control air conditioner condition has been done successfully with recovery time of 48.08 second after the system has not got any power supply and having no damage data until baudrate of 115200. All commands also can be executed with average time response of 8.61 seconds using local network and 13.56 seconds using VPN network. Scheduling system which is designed also working for 4 days with database saved in the local server successfully. User interface application has features of room’s thermal condition, last command sent, and command settings. The user Interface can be accessed using local Wi-Fi with the IP address of 192.168.1.70/HMI4.php or VPN network with IP address of 25.37.165.176/HMI4.php. <br /> <p align="justify"> text
