Resort is built in a hilly area located in Pantai Menganti. Resort hotel will show Kebumen culture as the main concept because in this era it is quite difficult to find the original culture of Kebumen Regency. In addition to facilitating the tourists to stay, this hotel and resort can also preserve the local culture. This can be demonstrated through several visitor activities related to Kebumen culture such as watching art performances and following the workshop will be facilitated by this resort. This resort will target young people but also families with middle and upper economic level. This is because visitors Menganti Beach majority of young people or young couples. This resort will be built with Kebumen cultural characteristic wrapped in a warm, open, and tropical atmosphere. The concept of interior elements was also created to emit a tropical atmosphere with cultural accents Kebumen. Kebumen culture that can be taken can be local handicraft.
