Description
Summary:<p align="justify">As the capital of East Java and the second largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta, Surabaya has a high potential to prosper in economics sector. Surabaya’s economic growth as the second largest metropolitan area in Indonesia (after Jabodetabek) in 2017 reached 6%. Geographically, Surabaya is also very strategic that it has become the trade center of East Java and is also sustaining the mobilization to and from Central Java, Kalimantan, and Eastern Indonesia. Therefore, the existence of Purabaya Bus Terminal as class A terminal in Surabaya is very important and essential. To realize Purabaya Bus Terminal which is planned to be a public facility, it is necessary to consider construction engineering management aspect which includes study of design-to-construct and the determination of construction method in coordination with other fields such as structural, geotechnical, transportation, and water resources, scheduling, and cost estimation. The scope reviewed in this Undergraduate Theses consists of preparatory, foundation, structural, drainage works, and road pavement works. Based on project scheduling and productivity calculation, the construction of Purabaya Bus Terminal can be completed within 325 days with critical path (using the PDM diagram method) which will be the concern during the process. Estimated cost needed to realize Purabaya Bus Terminal in this Undergraduate Theses is an Engineer's Estimate which is usually used by the owner when conducting an auction with contractors. By taking 10% for profit, 10% for PPN, and 3% for Pph of the total cost, the whole project is estimated to be 109.555.249.943,- IDR. The result of this planning method is entirely based on the principle of triple-constraint (cost, time, and quality).<p align="justify">
