This undergraduate thesis aims to build a spatial database of parking lot in ITB Ganesa campus, to build a parking guide system with the shortest route search algorithm (Dijkstra), and to build the facility of road traffic changes. Parking guidance system can provide up to get to the room service, so that the data used is the threedimensional spatial data. The used data in this undergraduate thesis are orthophoto, vector map, street view map, and digital terrain model (DTM) which is collected by the Research Group of Remote Sensing and Geographical Sciences and Information. <br /> <br /> Traffic changes facility is needed because of traffic that can be changed during the big events. Parking guidance system is applying graph theory to the road network which <br /> <br /> is used in the route search.
