Summary:<p align="justify">Indonesia has built 47,017.27 KM highways or interstate roads (Minister of Public Works, No. 288 / KPTS / M / 2015, 2015) that does not include the length of local roads and local roads. Generally roads in Indonesia have fatigue cracking, it is one of the structural damage that occurs in the bottom layer of the asphalt pavement to surface. From past research studies it was proven that the addition of polypropylene fiber (PPF) was able to reduce fatigue cracking, so it was necessary to have a hot asphalt mixture with additive PPF to improve the characteristics of asphalt on the foundation layer in order to adequate a heavy loads. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AC-BC in accordance with the general specifications of the Directorate General of Highways in the 2010 edition of 3rd Revision and will use the Marshall method, Resilient Modulus and endurance on fatigue with the four-points stress control method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The addition of PPF at the AC-BC based on laboratory testing results showed that AC-BC asphalt mixture with additive PPF in conventional AC-BC testing. ACBC additive PPF has a resilient modulus at 45 °C which is 462 MPa, higher than the conventional AC-BC which is only 198 MPa. Asphalt mixture with polypropylene fibers (PPF) are also more resistant to fatigue cracks with 1,450,000 cycles, this shows 2.5 times longer than conventional AC-BC which is only 650,000 cycles. Overall PPF at HMA AB-BC gave the structural strength of AC-BC increased. <p align="justify"> <br />
