Based on data, at least 747 couple married monthly in Bandung while just 33 music wedding organizer that exist in Bandung. The data shows that there are quite a lot of opportunities that can be taken from this market although researcher realize that not all will use the wedding entertainment service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The analysis used in this research are internal and external factor that company faced. The IFAS wasanalyzed using STP (Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning), Marketing Mix, Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Analysis and then the EFAS analyzed using Competitor Benchmark Analysis and Porter Five Forces. The proposed solution is derived from the New Business Model and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The objective of the research is to design and create an innovative business model for Crystal Music Entertainment in order to fix the current business model in order to grow the business. The previous Crystal Music Entertainment’s business model did not produce some things significantly like the sales is unstable and the revenue stream is to narrow which result the company difficult to enter and growing in the market. The business model should be innovative and fit customer needs in order to enter the market and growing steadly in this industry. This research is also aims to get some things like what kind of business model that available in this industry and is it possible for Crystal Music Entertainment to do, what desireable service from Crystal Music Entertainment target market and then what efforts that Crystal Music Entertainment could do to promote their product and service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Keyword: Business Model Innovation, Music Industry, Inovasi model bisnis, IFAS EFAS <br /> <br /> <br />
