This is while the lesser used organic nutrients took rise due to their nutrient content that is suitable as organic fertilizers or nutrient solutions, one of which is the bio-converted leachate from H. illucens larvae. High organic content in leachate is obtained from bioconversion of fruit and vegetable waste. Leachate is also rich with microorganism that can be useful for plants. This research aims to identify the effects of microorganism in leachate on vitamin C and fiber content, and organoleptic qualities of tatsoi/ spoon mustard (Brassica rapa subsp. Narinosa) using NFT hydroponic system. Aerobic bacteria are found in all nutrient solution, while N-fixating bacteria is only found in 60% AB mix: 40% leachate solution. 100% leachate solution have the highest vitamin C content (163,353 mg/100 g). 60% AB mix: 40% leachate solution gave the highest fiber content (0,93% on leaves, 1,82% on stems). Organoleptic analysis with Friedman method showed that consumer prefer tatsoi with 60% AB mix: 40% leachate solution. It is concluded that microorganism is the most beneficial for plants in 60% AB mix: 40% leachate solution.

text |
