Land area developed for the construction of this building is 19.915,6 m2 and the total maximum building area developed is 40.000 m2. The process of designing this building's plumbing system begins with the study of literature, then the secondary data collection, and continued with the design of the plumbing system includes the design of the piping system, calculation of plumbing units needed, and determination of plumbing tools and equipment needed. The use of clean water in <br /> <br /> this building would generate wastewater that must be transmitted with a good piping systems toward wastewater treatment plant. This building is designed with green building concept referring to the Mayor of Bandung Regulations No. 1023/2016 about Green Building. This building is designed by planning watersaving sanitary appliances and separation of greywater and blackwater. Greywater will be accommodated in the storage tank and further processed in the wastewater treatment plant, furthermore greywater that has been treated will be accommodated in the recycle water tank reused for secondary water needs such as flushing. The horizontal pipes are designed with 2% slope. The diameter of horizontal pipe for greywater range from 1,25 to 4 inches and the diameter of vertical pipe is 4 inches, <br /> <br /> while the horizontal pipe for blackwater has diameters range from 2 to 4 inches and the vertical pipe has diameters range from 4 to 5 inches. The building discharge pipe has diameter of 4 to 6 inch. The branch vent pipe has diameter of 1,25 to 3 inches and the vertical vent pipe has diameters range from 3 to 5 inches. Rainwater that comes from the roof will be accommodated in the raw water tank and subsequently processed in a water treatment plant, furthermore rainwater that has been treated will be accommodated in the clean water tank used for primary water needs. The size of stormwater drainage pipe from rooftop range from 2 to 8 inches, while the pipe diameter from the yard using a semi-circular concrete pipe range from 20 to 30 centimeters. Rainwater that falls on the yard will be transmitted to the catchment areas using 120 unit of stormwater chamber. text |
