This program is invented to build connectivity in Eastern Indonesia in hope of increasing its economic and trading activity. The success of this program is inseparable from the role of the port as major supporting factor. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the feasibility of the condition of the port in Jakarta–Sorong route to support the Marine Highway program, especially the Sorong Port. The method used is the analysis based on the parameters of the port location, the navigation channel and the maritime buoyage system. The results of the analysis then compared with Tanjung Priok Port as a harbor reference that is suitable to support the Marine Highway program. From the result of analysis based on predetermined parameters, it can be concluded that Sorong Port is not feasible to support the program because the depth of the navigation channel is only 14 m while the minimun requirement is 14.95 m and the harbor pool area is 11 Ha while the required is 63 Ha. For other strategic ports located in Jakarta–Sorong route, there are no ports that can meet the minimum depth requirement of navigational channel and harbor pools in Marine Highway program.<p align = "justify"> text
