Summary:<p align="justify">Indonesian maritime boundary determination is related to security, access and <br /> <br /> management of marine resources, as well as the balance between the rights and obligations of Indonesia. Indonesia has maritime borders with eleven neighboring <br /> <br /> countries, namely India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Timor Leste, and Micronesia. For the determination of maritime boundaries that overlap, then Indonesia made an agreement with neighboring countries (bilateral and trilateral). In this study has the objective to determine the status of the maritime boundary in Indonesia today. This research applies the study of literature related to maritime boundary and collect data agreements that have been made Indonesia and neighboring countries in determining the maritime boundary. The data is then processed and dikomparasi with Map NKRI 2015 to produce the goals of this research. Once the data is processed and examined it was found that in such agreements there is data on the reference systems included some are not, some accurate and some are up to second minute. Coordinate the maritime boundary of the results of these agreements overlaid on a map of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 there is a difference boundary maritime striking around the Arafura Sea (the continental shelf and the EEZ between Indonesia and Australia), the Sulawesi Sea (limit of the EEZ between Indonesia and the Philippines), and the Natuna Sea (the continental shelf <br /> <br /> boundary between Indonesia and Malaysia).<p align="justify">
