It is known from previous study that Cikakembang river is toxic even before textile industry effluent around Cikakembang River, entered the river. To do the management in this river, needed a technology that is simple, practical, and affordable that can be implemented in the real field. Phytoremediation is one of technology to improve quality of polluted water by using plants with degradation, accumulation, dissipation, and immobilization methods. In thisresearch, used the combination of three plants, Eichhornia crassipes, Pistia stratiotes, Salvinia molesta, to do management of Citarum River Upstream named Cikakembang River. The test is carried out in laboratory with 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm reactor to see the difference of pollutant removal efficiency between the sample of Cikakembang River without plant and with plants. And the result is the highest removal efficiency of COD is in the combination treatment of three plants with efficiency 37.03% in the fifth day, the highest removal efficiency of NO2 and NO3 are in the EC-KM treatment with efficiency 72% and 89% respectively in the third day (NO2) and fifth day (NO3), total phosphate is in KM treatment with efficiency 66% in the third day, while ammonium does not happen allowance. Cu and Cr with removal efficiency -30.7% and 30.8% respectively in the EC-KM reactor. The combination of EC-KM is the best combination to eliminate pollutants COD, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, total phosphate, and heavy metals (Cu and Cr). The highest BCF roots of plants (bioaccumulation factor) for Cu and Cr is in Salvinia (KM treatment) with value 1632.37 and 556.26 respectively .The highest TF value is in Salvinia plants in Kombi treatment with TF value (Translocation Factor) for Cu is 1.61 and 1.85 for Cr.<p align="justify"> text
