Aims of the study is to analyze the geological condition of Pasir Astana, Sagalaherang Sub-District and surrounding area. Study area located in Pasir Astana, Sagalaherang Sub-district, Subang District, <br /> <br /> West Java, with an area of 7.5 x 7 km2 with coordinates 796000 – 803000 mE and 9273000 – 9265500 mU (48 S UTM Zone) <br /> <br /> Based on morphology and processes that occur in the study area, then the area is divided into four geomorphological units, named : Pasir Pogor Pyroclastic Hills Unit, Cisampih Syncline Valley Unit, Ciherang Lava Flow Ridge Unit, and Ci Asem Aluvial Plain. Stratigraphy of the study area is divided into five unofficial litostratigraphy units, from old to young, named: Claystone Unit of Late Miocene and Upper Batial depositional environment, Claystone-Sandstone Unit of Early Pliocene with depositional environments in Middle Neritic. Breccia Unit and Lava Unit of Pleistocene deposited at terrestrial environment. The last unit is Alluvial Deposits Unit of Resen with terrestrial depositional environment. Geological structure that developed in the study area is obtained in the form fold (syncline and anticline). The syncline is Margasari Syncline, and the anticline is Cembul <br /> <br /> Anticline. These structures are estimated developed after Early Pliocene.<p align="justify"> text
