The Government made tol laut aimed at equalization logisitik in Indonesia. Tol Laut requires twenty-four ports supporting one of them is the port of Kendari. For the improvement of the economy particularly the Southeast Sulawesi region new container port was planned to be built in the area of Bungkutoko Subdistrict Abeli Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. So that requires container berth structure. The berth structure was designed type of wharf and deck on pile. The scope of the discussion of the final project includes an explanation of the design criteria of the structure, the calculation of the loads acting on the berth structure, the determination of the dimension of the berth structure, the structure analysis, design of steel reinforcement concrete, analysis support land and estimated the cost of the material. Reference design is generally obtained from Technical documents Standards and Commentaries for Port and Harbour Facilities in Japan by The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI), whereas the design criteria for the element structural (steel and concrete) obtained from SNI 1729:2012 and SNI 2847:2013. The analysis of the structure use the software structure analysis. The foundation of the pile on the planned structure needs to be fixed to a depth of fifteen meters from the seabed. Estimation of the required material fee of about sixty billion rupiah. <p align="justify"> text
