Utilization of potential in marine areas can be carried out with a concept that is growing in this time that the Marine Cadastre. Marine cadastre itself includes the legal and technical aspects. Along the development, the need for modeling in 3D in the Marine Cadastre more urgent due to the many weaknesses in the modeling in 2D. One way to get in 3D modeling is using terrestrial methods. As well as the development time tool that can be used to map the progress one of them is their Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS). Therefore, this final project aims to study the waters of space objects that can be mapped by TLS and procedures in accordance with the technical aspects of Marine Cadastre. <br /> <br /> Methods of studies conducted in this paper are based on the study of literature-based inventory of cadastral marine and aquatic space objects. There is also a study of the literature on the working principles and procedures of measurements to object modeling using TLS. <br /> <br /> Modeling waters of space objects using TLS potential in mapping object that has a level of detail that tinngi that RIG. The technical aspects that must considered in object mapping space is the basic framework and depth.
