One of the major factors affecting SA is fatigue, stress and workload. The textile industry has recorded a noise level exceeds the NAB and also still recorded occupational accidents each year. Therefore, this study aim to analyze the situation awareness on the textile workers and see the relation with noise, workload and fatigue experienced by textile workers. This study uses a cross-sectional design with the number of respondents from the weaving as many as 18 people (workers exposed to noise above NAB) and from the inspecting as many as 8 people (workers with noise under NAB). Measurement of situation awareness of workers using a questionnaire adapted from Work Situation Awareness Scale fatigue, exhaustion measurements carried out by the method of measuring devices reaction time, while the workload using the ISO 7269: 2009. Based on the results of statistical calculations on the value of situation awareness textile workers are not affected by the noise factor (p value = 0.407), fatigue (p value = 0.446) and workload (p value = 0, 838). Elemen constituent situation awareness that anticipation has a relationship with reaction time (p value = 0.006). Other constituent elements that have a relationship with attributes distraction age (p value = 0.023) and also the length of employment (p value = 0.018).<p align="justify">
