The research areas reviewed are oil and gas companies that already have an environmental management system, or even have received ISO 14001 certification. Several performance factors will be determined by the Integrated Environment Performance Measurement System (IEPMS) approach in identifying Key Enviromental Performance Indicator (KEPI). To compile the model hierarchy and get the weight of each KEPI used Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in processing the data paired comparison questionnaire so that it can be weighted the importance of KEPI. For further measurement using Objective Matrix (OMAX) in the assessment of company performance level in carrying out Environmental Management System. From the analysis of primary data and secondary data that has been obtained to produce that the company has a good performance in implementing the environmental management system ISO 14001 with the most influential factor is the company's environmental policy and the most perceived advantage is to increase customer confidence |
