On the other hand, climate change from time to time and environmental damage caused by conventional energy sources generally derived from fossil fuels, which are limited in quantity and less availability, leads to the need to develop renewable energy sources that are considered more environmentally friendly and have far bigger availability than fossil fuels. The sea that covers 2/3 of Indonesia is one of the renewable energy sources that can be utilized. The incessant sun provides heat to the tropics as Indonesia makes the ocean a great source of heat energy. Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) utilizes temperature differences on the surface and ocean depth to evaporate and cool the working fluid so as to rotate the turbine and generate electricity. In this study, six types of working fluids will be tested: ammonia, propane, butane, butene, isobutane, and isobutene in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) to determine the working fluid that best suits the condition of sea temperature in Indonesia. It will also test the ORC variation on OTEC with the addition of reheater and solar thermal field to improve thermal efficiency at OTEC. <p align="justify"> text
