One of the activities that has been noticed by agencies during the past decade is the functional evaluation of pavement in the form of roughness measurement. A roughness measurement study is needed to assess the condition of the pavement surface whether it is good enough in terms of safety and allows decision-making on the level of maintenance to be carried out. <br /> <br /> The need for limited equipment facilities requires methods and tools that are easy, cheap and practical while keeping in mind the accuracy of the data in the measurement. There are several methods and tools that can be used in measuring the value of unevenness of pavement (roughness). In this study used tools Hawkeye 2000 and Roughometer III with International Roughness Index (IRI) as the measure. <br /> <br /> The study was conducted on Jalan Terusan Jakarta in Bandung and the result was then analyzed based on regression equation model. Based on the regression model analysis there is a positive and significant relationship between the IRI value of the Hawkeye 2000 tool and the Roughometer III device. Model of regression equation for Bending Pavement condition with regression formula of polynomial Y= 0,006 X^2+0,703 X+0,539, with value r^2=0,866 and model of regression equation for Rigid Pavement condition with rank regression formula Y= &#12310;0.819 X&#12311;^1,013, with the valuer^2=0,900 (&#12310;y=IRI&#12311;_(Hawkeye 2000) dan &#12310;X=IRI&#12311;_(Roughometer III)). From both models of regression equations, the IRI value measurements from the Roughometer III tool can be used to predict IRI values for the Hawkeye 2000 tool. Based on the measurement method mechanism, Hawkeye 2000 with Digital Laser Profiler component is more accurate in accordance with ASTM E 950 and Class I World Banks while Roughometer III is more practical and cost effective.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
