This is caused by various issues such as economic, conflict, social and low legal awareness by the community. One form of criminal acts is theft. Theft is an act of taking other people's property by force and accompanied by violence. Theft can occur in several places, such as on roads, buildings, stations, and several other public places. Visitor Counter appears as a proposed solution to improve building security. Visitor Counter is used for counting the number of visitors entering and leaving the building, especially the building that holds valuables that allow theft to occur. Visitor Counter can calculate the number of visitors who enter and exit the building automatically. In addition Visitor Counter can recognize the faces of visitors who are inside the building. One of the important components in Visitor Counter is GUI and face recognition. GUI on visitor counter serves as an intermediary system and operator to interact with each other. Where the GUI displayed data in the such number of visitors entering and leaving a building, and also there is facial recognition process of visitors in it. With the visitor recognition feature on visitor counter, the operator will be facilitated to identify theft on a building.<p align="justify"> text
