Summary:Area of Pupuk kujang industry flooded at certain locations. The indication <br /> <br /> of this flood problem is the addition of discharge from the reservoir and the <br /> <br /> reduction of capacity in siphon caused by garbage. If the flood didn’t handle, it <br /> <br /> would have disrupted the activities of local residents and the industry. By doing <br /> <br /> flood simulation using HEC-RAS v4.0.1, then the locations of flooded, from <br /> <br /> section 14 (outlet of reservoir) until downstream. By using 2 mitigation alternatives, <br /> <br /> namely embankment; by making a 1.6-meter and 1-meter embankment, <br /> <br /> normalizing with width of 4 meter and 2-meter-deep. So, the optimal design of <br /> <br /> flood prevention is embankment.
