Target group subsidy housing is midle and low income. This group have more prosentage in national scale.The subsidy will be ask succesfull if making grade the afordability, alocation from communities. Although, Subsidy must be increase the housing physic. This research aim for evaluate the government subsidy effectivity in Indonesia must be match of the problem and research target. The research is quantitatif research. The analyse proses used frequency distribution, correlation and regression methode. Using the frequency distribution for describe exhausted subsidi, the correlation to measure variabel connection value and the regression to prediction subsidy function. Out-put analyse frequency distrubution discribe subsidy exhauted by research aspect. The distrubution subsidy, advantage and summery, affordability emotional response and physic housing was aspect research. This aspect have been discribe prosentage subsidy exhauted summery. And then, subsudy exhauted in housing must be compare of non-subsidy housing.<p align="justify"><p>Subsidy did not increased affordability, alocation and physic housing quality. So that, subsidy is not effective. However, Housing of subsidi have more increase than housing non-subsidi. In fact, Housing of subsidy performance more good than non subsidy. An axample, Infrastructure, Open space, Sport and recreation fasility. But performance individual house by housing of subsidy as well as non subsidy. So that, government subsidy to be important for low and midle comunity income.The scheme distribution, quantity and institution need improvement.
