But these efforts have not <br /> <br /> yet shown good results. <br /> <br /> In this study, asem motif from Semarang batik will be developed and the results <br /> <br /> will be applied to casual women's clothing with stamp batik techniques used. The <br /> <br /> goal is to be able to produce a variety of asem motif as a characteristic of <br /> <br /> Semarang batik with the technique of stamp batik in order to produce a lot of <br /> <br /> fabric in a fast time. <br /> <br /> The method which is used is a mixed method with an exploration approach. The <br /> <br /> process of analyzing batik motif is carried out according to the theory of visual <br /> <br /> elements and design principles, while for market analysis is carried out by <br /> <br /> collecting data through questionnaires on adult female respondents. Then the <br /> <br /> application of the synectic method is used to design the asem motif in cloth batik <br /> <br /> for casual women's clothing. The results of this study are casual women's clothing <br /> <br /> products with various variations of asem motif that highlight the aesthetic value <br /> <br /> of Semarang batik text
