<p align="justify">A library has an important relationship with reading activities. This activity has a significant role to broaden the horizons, improve the quality of memory, train the skills to think and analyze, and to know the latest information quickly for the perpetrators. The library as a literary institution has an important role in improving the culture of literacy of the nation, especially the library in Bandung City, needs to get more attention from the government. The image of the library today is not only a place to read a book but also must be a public space that can accommodate various activities, especially to interact and guarantee freedom of expression. The location context of this project in the center of the city is important because the city needs a convenient center for the public although the issue of density is one of the problems associated with the city. To answer the challenge, then the concept of designing this project is "Library as an Urban Community Hub". The library project is a fictitious project located on Asia Afrika road, Bandung. The site area used is 11,550 m². The designed library will accommodate the main function as a place to read and store books collections. In addition to the main function, this building also contained public functions and support functions such as seminars, workshops, book launching, exhibitions, study in classrooms, etc. A hope for this library can become the center of urban citizen activities.<p align="justify">
