<b>ABSTRACT:</b><br> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the PT. Kereta Api circumstance the installing of steel frame bridge spreading out more than 12 meters, there are seven installing methods which are most depended on material and the train flash fast condition where the bridge situated. Those methods made the decision maker is difficult to decisired the alternatives of what most optimal method which ought to be applied in installing a bridge.</p> <br /> Through the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Model, the difficulty in decisizing the optimal method can be tackled as the reviewal study we apply the sample of the regulated method of the installing Cimanuk Bridge where in this case is suitable with the AHP that needs the datas of at least five experienced respondents and they have wide knowledge in bridge installing problem and have evaluated the row comparation of the seven installing method.</p> <br /> After the datas have been process then we have a result that in installing the railway steel frame bridge, the installing method of the new shifting bridge from the assembling place with Tier (Derrick) and on the permanent pillars besides the old bridge can be removed to the permanent bridge pillars (after the old bridge is shifted a side), where are the most optimal method.
