Transport facilities and infrastructure can accommodate the needs of community movement, especially urban communities with high intensity of movement. Along with the increasing volume of vehicles today, transportation problems are still a major problem in a country especially developing countries. This transport problem has impacts on many sectors, from congestion to the resulting pollution problem. And technology expected to be the solution to solve the problems. And by identifier and counter system using haar cascade and YOLO the amount and vehicles type that pass through some point can be known. By using CCTV video on the Jakarta road point and fly over PASUPATI eastward in Bandung City. After the sample video tested the result obtained that average accuracy in cascade for car type is 13% and 18% for motorcycle and application accuracy in cascade is 15%. In YOLO we get 80% for car average accuracy and 79% for the motorcycle and application average accuracy is 79%.<p align="justify"> text |
