<br /> </p>ABSTRACT:</b><br> <br /> PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk.is a consumer goods distributor company. To improve the global and superiority competition, company need to measure how big the total productivity level and its partial productivity that will be adjusted with the company condition.</p> <br /> <br /> The total productivity mesurement was conducted by using David J. Sumanth's productivity measurement model and partial productivity measurements was conducted by using Habberstad's productivity measurement model (POSPAC) that was adapted with the PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk. financial data report. Both models only measured tangible input and output, in Indonesian Rupiah.</p> <br /> <br /> According to the productivity measuremant's results between 1996-2000, organization and product productivity levels showed positive growth. While total, production, sales, labor, and capital productivity level showed negative growth.</p> <br /> <br /> There is a relation between each partial productivity's levels with profitability levels. If each partial productivity level can be increased, the company can gain a higher profit. With the productivity levels measured and analyzed, the company will be able to arrange a specific target to be achieved in the next few years.
