This

function is critical because measuring devices whose conditions do not meet

the standards can make components installed in aircraft become unfit for use.

PTDI as an aircraft industry in supporting its business processes also requires

a good metrology laboratory. PTDI must ensure that its metrological

laboratory meets international standards. At present the metrology and

calibration laboratories in the world, including those owned by PTDI, have

international standards that must be met, namely ISO / IEC 17025: 2005

concerning the General requirements for competence of testing and calibration

laboratories. But because PTDI is an aircraft industry, all the business

processes in it, including the metrology laboratory, must also meet the

international standards of the aircraft industry, namely AS9100: 2016 which

regulates the aircraft industry quality management system. Therefore, it is

necessary to integrate the ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 standard with the

international aviation industry standard, namely AS9100: 2016 which has

been applied in PTDI. The purpose of this study was to produce a model

design for the integration of metrology calibration systems based on ISO

17025: 2005 and AS9100: 2016 standards. text
