In the process of its journey from usual city status to become the city that very important, because areas of the city that continues to grow and society status that continues to excel. Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Bandung is one of the government organization of West Java. This organization is responsible for all the related cultural and tourism in the region of Bandung city. <br /> <br /> Unfortunately, for domestic tourists visit in 2011 to 2016 is still experiencing a decline even in 2014 and 2015 increase. However, the number of domestic tourists visit in 2014 and 2015 is still under 2010. X Generation who was 39-53 years old has a great role in the number of domestic tourists visit due to the amount of X generation in Indonesia about 68.9 million which is about 36% of the total population in Indonesia. X generation also has a child and wife, therefore the number of tourist visits from X Generation involve several families that will increase the number of tourists to the city of tourist destination. <br /> <br /> Based on the analysis, there are four main factors that affect tourists motivation in Bandung. The first factor is about the convenience of easy access, which is divided into two problems. The first problem of congestion in Bandung and the second about the less availability of parking lots. The second factor that is about cleanliness with the problem of a lot of garbage in Bandung and traditional market . The third factor is diversity of attraction with the problem of less utilizing authentic food & beverages and less artificial tourism. The fourth factor is criminality, which is divided into two problems. The first problem is a lot of motorcycle gang and the second problem is a lot of robber in Bandung. <br /> <br /> As a result, this research propose several strategies to increase X generation tourists motivation in Bandung such as create Smart Portable Car Parking System, put some rack of brochures in Bandung, clean more often, create exhibitions about art from rubbish, organize the traditional market, create authentic culinary festival, make artificial tourism and eradicate the gangster of motorcycles and robber in Bandung which is expected to increase motivation in Bandung. text
