<br /> The highway area selection or route selection is an important part of a new highway design for a rural highway. This selection is considered from several factors. To avoid hazardous area for highway construction as much as posible is needed to know several important level of determinant factors in highway corridor selection, that is by doing a Feasibility Study. This research would try to generate conceptualization of highway corridor feasibility study model, and evaluate several alternative route alignments that were designed. Multi Criteria Decision Making methods were used to make that model using Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis tool. For generating commensurate criterion maps were used linear scale transformation method with score range procedure, criterion weighting by rating method. Overlay operation was analysis operation that suit for decision making analysis. In evaluation alternative of the best route location, was given several alternative of solution considerations based on several aspects that are length route, total cost, and society, economic and environment impacts. The conceptualization of designed model can be applied in highway design as method and model of lan( feasibility study, if this system is supported by comprehensive data or information availability. <br />
