Summary: | <p align="justify">Digital Lifestyle Center – BSD is a digital technology research center that was designed as public room with creative zones for young generations and publics in BSD City with the aim to enhance social interaction within visitors. Proper construction planning implementation method by analysing the current conditions and both structure and foundation design output is necessary to build Digital Lifestyle Center – BSD. Construction implementation method started with field grounding and cleaning which followed by dewatering and diaphragm walls. The next step was digging and anchoring diaphragm walls sequentially until the end phase of digging. Lower structure ends with pile cap. Structure works start sequentially following appropriate design output including column, beam, and plate made with reinforced concrete which is cast in place. Shop drawing is made based on design output of lower structure to give instructions to field workers to fit the design. Based on existing conditions, there are several aspects that require proper engineering decisions. One of them is designing a site plan which must be in accordance with existing conditions and structure design results. Futhermore, there is designing the suitable tower crane for the site, foundation, and required safety sling system. Then design dewatering system by using existing pumping test data which can be implemented in the field.<p align="justify"> |
