The main material of this building is reinforced concrete and it will be designed as a special moment resisting frame structure. <br /> <br /> The design proccess begins with preliminary design, modelling of structure with ETABS 2016, structure analysis, and reinforcement of the structural elements. The design codes for analysis and design are based on Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). <br /> <br /> The foundations at Waterfront Recreation and Commercial Center in Kota Baru Parahyangan are pile foundation. The soil parameters are obtained from secondary data based on standard penetration test of 5 bore hole at Cluster R-21 project by PT. Belaputra Intiland located at Kota Baru Parahyangan. <br /> <br /> The design of foundations starts from determining the soil parameters, determining the axial bearing capacity (tension and compression) of single pile, determining the efficiency of group pile, and group pile analysis (axial and lateral) with ENSOFT Group. The foundations loads are obtained from structure modelling with the help of ETABS 2016. <br /> <br /> Around the parking building there are slopes excavation. It is necessary to check the stability of the slopes for short term, long term, and earthquake condition. The slope stability analysis is done by the help of Plaxis 2D. From the analysis result of the software, the safety factor is determined and it is compared to the minimum safety factor based on the national standard at Indonesia. <p align="justify"> <br /> text |
