Street lighting is one of the most important facilities especially at night. Problems that may occur in the street light are damage on the lamp or there is missing part such as a battery. This problem causes the lamps does not work normally. To overcome these problems, a system that can monitor the street light is created. The system divided into four main part, which are data acquisition subsystem, communication subsystem, web, and database. The data acquisition subsystem consists of sensor modules to obtain data from the street lighting status. The sensor used in this subsystem are voltage sensors, current sensor , and touch sensor. The communication subsystem consists of GSM module and RF module. RF module used to communicate between the street light and its neighbor while GSM module used to communicate between the central street lighting and the web server. The Web can be accessed by operator and will display information of the status and position of the street light.
