The result of rain flow modeling using HEC HMS has model reliability using field rain input data better than the use of rain satellite data TRMM 3B42, but this TRMM data can be used for region solution that there is no rain post. Based on Simulation in wet year, normal year and dry year, it can be seen that HEC HMS model is more effective for analysis in normal year and dry year.<p align="justify"> text |

This research created to fill missing daily discharge data use hydrology model rainfall runoff (rainfall-runoff relationship) HEC-HMS in upper citarum basin.
