Description
Summary:USGS PSHA 2007 is software developed by the USGS in Golden Colorado to perform probabilistic seismic hazard analysis. As an open source software based on Fotran 95, this software has potential to be developed as a tool in seismic hazard analysis. The user interface application for USGS PSHA 2007 is expected to make the using of the software that based on DOS become easier. To verification the application, a case study of spectra hazard mapping at T = 0 second, T = 0.2 seconds and T = 1 second for 500-years return period in East Nusa Tenggara was taken. Historically, this region that located in Indonesia has high seismicity. Seismic hazard analysis using USGS PSHA 2007 for 500-years return period in East Nusa Tenggara results range of peak ground acceleration values at T = 0 seconds are 0-0.8g, at 0.2 seconds are 0-1.4g and 0-0.4g.
