<p align="justify">Bandung is the city which has a number of parks and green open spaces. It s because the application of the city planning concept called The Garden City. This city planning concept was introduced by the Dutch Colonial Government to Hindia-Belanda at that time. Taman Pramuka (formerly known as Oranjeplein) is one of the important green open spaces in Bandung. Taman Pramuka is has the historical value also. In 1920 Taman Pramuka was become the green area development centre for the city. At this time, Taman Pramuka is having so many decline and decrease of quality, physically and its using. Revitalization is the program that planned to bringing back the function of Taman Pramuka as the public space, to be active again and taking a role for the Taman Pramuka itself and for the environment. This revitalization is doing by planning the infill of the new function program, after the important aspects to recognize Taman Pramuka strengths and weaknesses, was analyzed before. <br /> <br /> In this revitalization program, the preservation of some existing objects, such as an old colonial building that lies in Taman Pramuka and its landscape, is also doing. This aspect is become very important. It s because of the Taman Pramuka s function as the green open space area and the city respirator. Those programs were planned in order to maximize the Taman Pramuka s strengths so it can be active and living again. Hope this revitalization program will be able to make Taman Pramuka to be taking a role again, specially for fixing the quality of Taman Pramuka itself and be able to give a role in order to fixing the living of Riau street (L.L. R.E Martadinata street), in general.<p align="justify">
