Therefore, PT. Garuda Indonesia has to determine activity system that should be involved. The activity system is interdependent so providing source of competitive advantage for continuous strategy renewal. In this study, I reviewed the existing literature on the activity system and create competitive advantage. First, I explore the vision and mission of the company, then about the company’s strategic oulook in running its business and value chain activities that was formed in the business. The study involved identification of company’s resources. In the course of work found firm resources, capabilities and core competencies. PT. Garuda Indonesia which is a commercial aviation is faced with a very tight competition which requires activity system map. The findings that has been obtained is main issues in determining each element on the activity system map. <br /> PT Garuda Indonesia is one of full service airline player in Indonesian airline industry. Garuda Indonesia has competitive advantage which is formed by the resource-based of the company. The other strategies of Garuda Indonesia should be connect each other to make integration of the the activity map. These strategies forms activities to each strategy which will be achieved by company. This mapping is expected to become a real and practical step towards good change of PT Garuda Indonesia. Along with the increasingly fierce and rapid airline industry competition. <p align="justify"> text
