In order to increasing the productivity of excavation, bulldozer D10T is used for ripping. Therefore, this study is to analyze the ripping productivity of D10T in ABN. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The data is collected at the Pit Sari. The ripping unit actual productivity is determined by calculating the ratio of ripping volume and it’s time spending. Beside that, the ripping unit utilization is also studied using time motion study. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The actual ripping productivity of D10T are 731.34 BCM/h. Meanwhile the utilization of D10T is 56.55% for ripping, 20.48% for general supporting, 11.71% for standby condition, and with a delay 11.26%. Based on the result, it is suggested that providing the dozer operators with good understanding regarding good ripping technique, adding a support unit to operate in mining front, increasing the awareness to reduce idle time, and improving maintenance performance for D10T.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> text
