<p align="justify"> Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City is a building with the concept of Augmented Social Environment located in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Tangerang District. The planning process of construction management is carried out by creating a series of planning activities such as conducting literature studies to learn the basic concepts of planning, making details of activities with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), determining the method of construction implementation to be used, work volume calculation, construction in accordance with geotechnical design, structure, pavement, and drainage area. Planning of construction in the field on Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City is divided into five major jobs, preparatory work, foundation, structure, pavement, and drainage area which then broken down into several sub-jobs. Site layout and zonation planning work is done taking into account possible field constraints. BSD City Digital Lifestyle Center building has a land area of 10,078 m2 and a total building area of 21,652 m2 with 7 floors. Based on the calculation of construction cost estimation, the cost required for the construction of Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City project is Rp 161,146,914,316.97. <p align="justify">
