This is supported by the large amount of oil and gas seepage found on Timor Island. Geology of Timor Island is famous for its high complexity due to the collision of the Northwestern Australian Plate with the Banda Arc so that the Australian Continent crusts beneath the archipelago. <br /> <br /> This study is intended to create a subsurface model by modelling the data of CBA (Complete Bouger Anomaly) and structural analysis based on residual anomaly data and second vertical derivative (SVD) data in addition to CBA anomaly data. The residual anomaly data was obtained from the results of the separation between regional anomalies and CBA anomalies which were initiated by spectral analysis. Spectral analysis results show that 50 km low pass filter data is the most ideal result to be used as residual anomaly data. Furthermore, the second vertical derivative data is obtained from the results of the second derivative of CBA data. The results obtained show a good fit between the Residual Anomaly Map and the SVD Map. These results are then used as a reference for withdrawing the fault lines of Timor Island. <br /> <br /> The results of fault analysis of residual anomaly maps and second vertical derivative maps indicate the existence of a main structures that tends to the Northeast - Southwest direction in the Eastern Region of Timor Island and the minor structures in the Northwest - Southeast direction. Modeling of several sections on the East Timor Island also shows indications of basins with depths of 3 - 5 km.<p align="justify"> text |
