As a result, when the heavy rain falls and causing flood in the city. The Objective of this study are to arrange the alternative priority scale for the development of flood infrastructure using the fuzzy logic method to predict the occurance of the flood, and using AHP method based on the technical, social, economy, and environtmental aspect. The analytical results using the fuzzy logic method for the alternative control 1 (Pedindang river area) obtained that the flood prediction is 28.9 % which has the main priority of the flood control infrastructure development in Pangkalpinang. Using the AHP method, based on the technical, social, economy, and environmental aspects, the alternative control 2 (Rangkui river area) comes with the value of 0.368 and this is the main priority of the flood control infrastructure development in Pangkalpinang.<p align="justify"> text
