On this research, a linear cascade model is extracted from axial turbine blade’s mean-line. Later on, the cascade model is analyzed using analytical and simulation methods.The analytical method used is Velocity Triangle Analysis, this method focused on the change of velocity along the turbine, and it’s influence towards the variation of thermodynamics characteristic along the turbine. Result from analytical method is later on compared to simulation method, which is solving of RANS equation using software ANSYS CFX. Result from both methods shows that they have same behavior of thermodynamics characteristic variaton, but still have a large value of error. In order to have better result on analytical method, tuning process is done, where flow angle result from CFD is used as input for analytical method. This process results decreasing value of error between analytical and CFD method, on the aspect of thermodynamics characteristics and value of specific power. <br /> text
