In order to survive and grow in competitive situation then the regional government has to be able to empower all of existing element, particularly, in the secretary of region's organization of province of East Kalimantan. One of management's mission is to empower its own human resource optimally for organization's objective achievement. This empowerment mean making effort so that the human resources be capable and want to work all out for organization's objective achievement. This thesis aimed to identib) regarding major factor that effect job performance of echelon III and IV structural officer in environment of the secretary of region 's organization of province of East Kalimantan. On this research, it was employed the 132 questionnaire and applied to chief of division and chief of sub-division. To examine validity of questionnaire then it was employed moment product's correlation method of Pearson, dan to examine the instrument was employed Alfa Cronbach s Method. Otherwise, to examine correlation among research's variable was employed multi-linear regression analysis method. The research outcome revealed that job performance of echelon III and IV structural officers has positive linear correlation with dependability variable, job knowledge, analytic capability, conformance and personal adjustment.
