<p align="justify">Pekanbaru Riverfront Center is a public building in business area, located in Jalan Kampung Dalam, Senapelan, Pekanbaru City, Riau, consisting of two main functions, transportation (passenger port) and commercial (shopping center). This area was previously used as Pasar Bawah Container Port, owned by PT Pelindo I which has later developed into area with Waterfront City concept to maximize Siak River’s potential in Pekanbaru City in economy, tourism and industry. <br /> <br /> The success of regional development is influenced by transportation, therefore it becomes an important aspect in this area. The main aspect to be reviewed in this thesis is intermodal transportation between passenger ships with Bus Rapid Transit, Trans Metro Pekanbaru, therefore it can be said that Pekanbaru Riverfront Center area is the nodal or meeting point of both modes of transportation. <br /> <br /> Pasar Bawah Port is designed according to WSF Terminal Design Manual M 3082 with condition adjustment relevant to Indonesia, determined by analizing passenger demand at Sei Duku Port as well as analyzing passenger movement needs due to land use function. The result of this analysis then used as basis for designing required passenger port terminal spaces (1340,29 m2), required parking area (199 parking spaces), and design of Trans Metro Pekanbaru movement at Pekanbaru Riverfront Center area. <p align="justify"> <br />
