LNG waste has a high content of organic C, causing the C/N ratio is high too, this might be possible if sludge can be utilized as fertilizer or soil conditioner that suit the standards of PERMENTAN70/2011. The method used in the manufacturing process product is called static aerated biopile. Static aerated is used in that process by adding dried leaves as bukling agent with an effective volume ratio of 1: 3 . The compost produced has a C-organic content of 36.80%, C / N 22.64, and other parameters according PERMENTAN 70/2011. Observations on the effectiveness test results of compost with parameters measured were leaf length, leaf width, leaf number and weight of the harvest indicates the optimum dose at Pakchoy test plants (Brassica rapa L) and elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum schaum) respectively by 30% and 50%. The content of heavy metals in plants growing media test and post-harvest remained normal concentration and were below the exposure limits. TCLP test and toxicity of the biosludge processed results show that this material is not harmful and does not give a significant negative impact on the environment.<p align= "justify"> text
