Through its liquid wastes, the pollutant from every activities in the hospital could cause major decrease to the waterbed quality and can also cause waterborne diseases. The characteristics of hospital waste water is a combination of infectious and domestic wastewater. In some hospital which uses radioactive materials, the wastewater could also contains radioactive wastes. This happens in every hospital, including RS TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Cimahi. As a large hospital with over 500 beds and serves most of the Cimahi population, this hospital produced wastewater in a significant amount in both quality and quantity of the wastewater. Dustira Hospital has had a wastewater treatment facility since 1997. But since 1999, this treatment facility had been unoperateable due to the damages occurred to several parts of the facility. The facility was then abandoned since no effort of repair had done. Since 2000, Dustira Hospital no longer uses the wastewater treatment facility as a method of wastewater management. Considering such conditions, this research proposes to build a new wastewater treatment facility which serves the entire hospital complex. The three alternative treatments recommended in this paper are completely mixed activated sludge, rotating biological contactor, and sequencing batch reactor. Alternatives are chosen based on limited area provided. Considering the present value analysis of the biological process treatment alternatives, the biological process unit planned is a biological treatment using Activated Sludge in a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR). Other units planned including infectious contact tank, equalization tank, and sludge drying beds.<p align ="justify"> text
