Those thesis will be analyzed how to predict the development of deterioration of road pavement especially the surface distresses cracking, ravelling, potholling and edge break that occurs on the surface of road pavement at the locations of the study. Research process will be implemented by providing data that are need for the analysis by using the HDM-4 models. The road condition still in decent good condition, the value of IRI (international roughness index) is 5.816 m/km at direction of Jatibarang and 4.340 m/km at direction fo Lohbener with the Annual Average Daily Traffic is 15531 veh/day in the year of analysis in 2016. <br /> <br /> The HDM-4 developed by the World Bank (1968) can be used to predict the development of deterioration of road pavement in the beginning of the operation and in the years during the analysis period. The deterioration will be modelled including the cracks, ravelling, potholle and edge break. Those researches, the data LHR, the data FWD, and the data structural pavement is in the study locations will be used on the hdm-4 model as the variables in our analysis. So i used the predictions models, it is hoped that a maintenance right programs of the road network. <br /> <br /> The results of analysis has obtained the value of ITPeff in the lanes observed, the value of YE4, and the value YAX in the year of analysis. Base on the values and then to input into a models hdm-4 as to produce: the values initiation of structural cracking and progression of structural cracking in the years period; the initiation of ravelling and ravelling progression; the initiation of potholes due to cracking, ravelling, and enlargement of existing potholes and pothole progression; as well as it can be seen the loss of edge break. The research results show that, the initiation of road deterioration influenced by standards axle loads and on the axle loads of the vehicles to stuctural number of pavement. When the values of standards axle loads or axle loads of the vehicles bigger than ITPeff so the percentage of road deterioration will be quickly happened, the same condition was on the other hand.<p align="justify"> text
