Summary:<b>Abstract:</b><br> <br /> The balance scorecard (BSC) has emerged as a decision support one of the tool at the strategic management level. Many business practice leaders now evaluate corporate performance by supplementing Information Technology (IT), financial accounting data with goal related measured from the following perspective customer, Internal business process, and learning growth. <br /> <br /> It is agreed that the BSC concept can be adopted to assist those managing function, organizational units and individual projects. This research develops BSC for information system or IT that performance management model of IT activities from the following perspective business value, internal process, and future readiness. Case study suggests that a balance IT scorecard can be the foundation for a strategic IT management system provided that certain development guidelines are followed and developed performance management model for appropriate BSC matrix are planned, and key implementation obstaccel are functionality overcome and erup structure resolved.
