Summary:Business in Indonesia is still not familiar with trade finance. This study analyses the impact of trade finance product to operational working capital. The study related to cash conversion dayone of the company from Pulp and Paper chemical Industry whose has higher CCD compare other companiesthat is PTAlkindoNaratama. This analysis focused on optimising days payable outstanding and days receivable outstanding using non-recourse and off-balance sheet facility. Three trade finance product used in this study is supply chain financing, import forfaiting and export forfaiting. This study finds that all of the products can impact directly to cash conversion day.
