MID-END CLASS APARTMENT IN BEKASI

<p align="justify">Bekasi is a developing city especially in urban shelter and industrial centre. One of the regions in Bekasi which being developed is Summarecon Bekasi. There are hotels, high-end apartments, and luxurios residences built in here. But, those facilities can not be reached by mid economy class society. Therefore, the developer is going to complete this region by adding the mid-end apartments. This apartment is located in the intersection of Ahmad Yani street and Kalibaru Timur street beside the Ahmad Yani flyover with 180 meters curved edge. This context is unique and become one of the characteristic of this project. This apartments can become the main gate and landmark of this region, so the exterior of the building is also important to be designed. The design concept of this project is applying the spatial luxury supported by effective and efficient building system in order to provide the needs of comfort, health, interaction and privacy for the users. The implication of this concepts are large open space for interaction places, balcony for each units, windows for each bedrooms, and double loaded and converge corridor with vertically continuous void for cross ventilation, natural lighting and become the place for split air conditioner machines. It makes the façades of the building can be explored optimally to get the best appearance of the apartment.<p align="justify">
