Bamboo apus cultivation is more directed to the production aspects compared to physiological aspects such as biomass. Biomass from bamboo apus is still not well calculated. This study aims to determine the biomass from bamboo apus through the allometric equation that is built. In this research, 27 individuals of bamboo apus were selected as samples to determine their biomass. Parts of the bamboo apus used to calculate biomass are the stem, leaves and twigs. From the results of biomass that has been calculated, then developed into the allometric equation using IBM SPSS 22 software and seen the influence between the dependent variable (biomass) and the independent variables (diameter, D and height, H). Based on the results of the research showed that the largest biomass total bamboo apus was found in diameter 9 (9.34 - 10.02) of 9.09 kg and the smallest in diameter 1 (3.73 - 4.41) of 1.98 kg. The average biomass on the stem is 3.45 kg, on the leaf 1.81 kg and on the branch of 0.70 kg. The total value of biomass from clump 1: 217.07 kg, clump 2: 238, 47 kg, clump 3: 161.43 kg, clump 4: 112.79 kg and clump 5: 450.28 kg. Allometric equation on the stem section Ŷ = -4,315 + 1,669 D - 0,075 D2, on the leaves Ŷ = -1,877 - 0,708 D + 0,096 D2, on the twig Ŷ = -2,973 + 1,076 D - 0,075 D2 and for the total biomass Ŷ = -5,461 + 2,051 D - 0,054 D2. From this research it can be found that biomass is more influenced by diameter compared to high in bambu apus. <p align="justify"> text |
